ANAGH COAR PRIMARY SCHOOL

HAPPY - CARING - MOTIVATED - RESPONSIBLE - SUCCESSFUL - CONFIDENT

Urley Class climbed to the top of the Island today on their trip to Snaefell. The weather was great for the trip, although it was a little chilly on one side of the mountain. When they reached the summit they had their lunch in the cafe and then did an impromptu performance of the Manx National Anthem for the other visitors, this went down very well. To save their legs they experienced the Snaefell Mountain Railway down to the bungalow, before being picked up and brought back to school. We would like to say a special thank you to Ali Barnes for helping to organise and staff the trip and Mr Kneen for his talk yesterday about hill walking and for joining the children on the trip today. A grand day out!
