Year 6 have been thinking about 'iceberg theory' and have come up with all the things they think go underneath their learning experiences/outcomes. They have created these labels for their poster in the corridor outside their classroom for others to use as reference point. The iceberg model is a systems thinking tool designed to help an individual or group discover the patterns of behaviour, supporting structures, and mental models that underlie a particular event.
