On Wednesday 17th May Farvane Class visited the Community Farm to learn all about where food comes from. They learned all about the types of food we can get from animals as well as what sorts of foods we can plant to eat. The children had the chance to meet all the animals and to help to plant a range of vegetables. Thank you to Miss Rimmer and Miss Hutchison for finalising the organisation of this event and to all those parents who helped out. It was very informative afternoon and really brought the topic of 'FOOD' to life.
