Congratulations to one of our Year 5's who won Praxis Care's competition to design a logo for the recently renamed Balleysleih scheme. Formerly known as Woodbourne Day Service, the scheme was renamed following a consultation with service users. Balleysleih means 'Place of People' in Manx. The competition was run across two local schools; Anagh Coar and Foxdale School to coincide with the renaming of the scheme. Praxis Care would like to thank everyone who entered the competition :) Julie Ormond, Assistant Director of Operations (IOM) came to school today to present the winner with her prize. Well done!
